JOB OVERVIEW

(Full-Time) Superstar VA for Recruitment and Sales Assistant

We are a US-based company, looking for a full-time VA to work from 12pm to 8pm EDT Monday to Friday, and open to overtime.

About the Position:
We work with hundreds of companies across a range of industries to provide interpretation and translation services. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic sales and recruitment VA to drive new business and continue existing relationships with our current clients. You’ll be part of an amazing team and have the time of your life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and send emails to clients and contractors.
- Help with sales, recruitment, and marketing operations.
- Perform lead generation tasks and data entry
- Find, vet, and hire interpreters for interpretation projects.
- Help to keep track of all ongoing translation and interpreting assignments.
- Review and process contractor paperwork and invoices.
- Be extremely responsive after hours and willing to work overtime as much as needed
- Be super fast, responsive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:
- Experience working for a USA company.
- Experience with Hubspot, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Dropbox.
- Experience providing good customer service.
- Experience implementing a targeted outbound sales strategy
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be a team player and a nice and kind person
- A wired high-speed reliable internet connection and a professional headset with noise-cancellation microphone

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business to business sales (B2B sales) .
- Outstanding spoken and written English, the ability to write emails without any grammatical errors and to speak fluently and sound very clear in English, with no accent or a minimal accent
- College experience preferred
- Experience working in a call center speaking English all day

Pay:
- Hourly pay (40 hours/week)
- Overtime available based on workload
