GHL Paid Ads Specialist (Meta + Google) — Contract / As-Needed

About Us:
We're a growing AI and automation agency helping small businesses generate leads and scale. We work with local service businesses and need a reliable ads specialist we can call on for client campaigns.
What You'll Do:

Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google ad campaigns for our clients
Handle Business Manager access, ad account setup, and pixel installation
Build and test ad creatives, audiences, and copy
Report on performance (ROAS, CPL, CTR) and optimize accordingly
Troubleshoot account access and login issues when needed

Who We're Looking For:

2+ years running Meta and Google Ads (both required — not one or the other)
Experience with local service businesses (home services, contractors, etc. is a plus)
Able to show proof of results — screenshots, case studies, or client examples
Self-managed, communicates clearly, meets deadlines
Available on a contract basis — paid per project or retainer when clients need it
