Influencer Outreach VA for US Streetwear Brand

We're Flowar, a US-based streetwear brand based in Los Angeles. We're hiring a part-time VA to manage our influencer gifting program. You'll be the face of our brand in Instagram DMs. Sourcing creators, sending outreach, and tracking responses.

What you'll do:

Find fashion micro-influencers on TikTok and Instagram (3k to 50k followers)
Add qualified creators to our Airtable tracker for approval
Send DMs from our Flowar Instagram account through Meta Business Suite
Handle inbound DMs from creators who message us first
Follow up on ongoing conversations and log every update in Airtable
Check in 3 times per day (morning, afternoon, evening)
Send a short weekly report every Friday

Requirements:

Strong written English that sounds natural and casual (not formal or corporate)
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, especially fashion content
Very detail-oriented — you'll log everything carefully
Available for 3 short daily check-ins (flexible timing)
Reliable and responsive
Experience with fashion, streetwear, or influencer outreach is a plus but not required

Hours: 10 to 15 per week to start, with potential to grow
Pay: Hourly, based on experience
Start date: Immediately
