Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries and concerns through standard scripts and procedures
- Upselling products and services to customers depending on their wants and needs
- The ability to work flexible shifts is essential
- Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform in a team environment

Qualifications:

- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- At least 6 months of BPO preferably with sales experience
- 1 year of sales experience in any industry
