Technical Project Manager ASAP (APIs, PHP, SaaS, CRM Integrations)

We are a U.S.-based engineering and marketing company working on high-volume SaaS applications, API integrations, and CRM systems.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who understands development and can manage tasks, developers, and client requests with speed and clarity.

This is NOT a basic VA role. You will be the bridge between our clients and our developers.

You will be working on:

API integrations (ClickBank, CheckoutChamp, CRMs)
Webhooks and data pipelines
SaaS applications
Debugging and issue triage
Operational and system-related tasks

Responsibilities:

Review incoming requests (Slack, Asana, WhatsApp)
Translate requests into clear technical tasks
Assign and manage developers
Prioritize bugs vs features vs urgent fixes
QA completed work before delivery
Communicate updates clearly and quickly
Keep projects organized across multiple systems

Requirements:

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Familiar with PHP-based systems (preferred)
Experience with Asana or similar tools
Strong English communication
High attention to detail
Ability to work fast and stay organized

Tech Stack (Nice to Have):

PHP (preferred)
JavaScript
Ruby on Rails (basic understanding)
MariaDB / MySQL
