JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing dental practice focused on helping patients with TMJ and chronic pain find real, lasting relief—not just temporary fixes.

We’re looking for a high-level performance marketer who has experience generating qualified patient leads in pain-related healthcare (TMJ, chiropractic, physical therapy, fibromyalgia, etc.) and knows how to turn ad spend into booked appointments—not just clicks.

Role Overview: Your primary responsibility is to generate consistent, qualified new patient leads for our TMJ and pain relief services using paid advertising.

You will take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization across:

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- Google Ads (Search + Retargeting/Display)
- Landing page performance and conversion optimization

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days):
- Consistent flow of qualified TMJ/pain relief leads
- Clear and improving cost per lead (CPL) and cost per booked patient
- A structured funnel (ads ? landing page ? follow-up)
- Ongoing testing and optimization (no “set it and forget it”)

Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Develop and test pain-focused messaging (jaw pain, headaches, sleep issues, etc.)
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
- Advise on or build high-converting landing pages
- Track and report on key metrics (CPL, CPA, booked appointments)
- Provide strategic input on what’s working and what to test next

Required Experience
You must have experience in at least one of the following:

- Chiropractic clinics
- TMJ pain services
- Physical therapy or pain relief clinics
- Fibromyalgia or chronic pain marketing

You must also have:
- Proven results running Meta and/or Google Ads
- Experience generating local service leads (not e-commerce)
- Strong understanding of pain-driven marketing and patient psychology

Preferred Experience:
- High-ticket or insurance-based healthcare services
- Funnel building (landing pages, lead forms, follow-up systems)
- Copywriting for pain-based offers
- Basic understanding of healthcare advertising compliance
- Important – Proof of Results Required

Compensation
Flexible based on experience:
- Hourly or monthly retainer
- Potential performance-based incentives tied to results
