We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our growing U.S.-based team.
This is a part-time role focused on answering inbound calls and helping with light administrative tasks. It’s a great fit if you already have another role and want to add consistent hours.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls from U.S. customers in a professional, friendly manner
Take messages and route calls appropriately
Assist with light admin tasks as needed
Provide backup support when other admins are unavailable
Schedule (U.S. Time):
Primary need: Mondays & Fridays
Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (U.S. time zone)
Additional hours may be available as backup coverage
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken English (this role is phone-heavy)
Clear, confident, and friendly voice
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Previous customer service or phone experience is a plus
Dependable and able to step in when needed
Comfortable working with a CRM and assisting sales
Pay:
$5–$6 USD/hour, based on communication skills and experience
