About the role
We're a growing chiropractic practice in St. Louis running a B2B corporate wellness program called CareConnect. We're hiring a VA to own our outbound EAP (Employee Assistance Program) nurture campaign — from sourcing and organizing prospect lists to managing follow-up sequences inside Go High Level.
What you'll do

Source and curate B2B prospect lists (HR managers, office managers, benefits coordinators) using tools like RocketReach or LinkedIn
—
Upload, tag, and organize contacts in Go High Level
—
Manage and monitor multi-touch outreach automations
—
Track replies, update contact statuses, and pull contacts out of sequences when they respond
—
Report weekly on sequence performance (open rates, replies, pipeline movement)
—
Flag warm leads and flag any replies needing a human response
Must have

Hands-on Go High Level experience — workflows, automations, pipelines, and contact management
?
Experience building or managing B2B outreach campaigns
?
Comfortable sourcing and cleaning prospect lists
?
Detail-oriented — you catch contact errors before they become workflow errors
?
Strong written English — must communicate clearly with our team
Nice to have

Experience with RocketReach, Apollo, or similar lead sourcing tools
+
Background supporting healthcare, wellness, or B2B service companies
+
Familiar with CRM pipelines and deal stage management
