Experienced Link Builder for WEB 2.0 and WIKI posting

I am looking for an experienced SEO person and someone who knows a lot about link building and posting SEO optimized articles to assist me in posting to Web 2.0's and blog networks and other link building tasks. There will be a short video tutorial for you to learn from and you can ask me a few questions but I expect anyone applying to be able to know a LOT about SEO and blog posting and all of that stuff because I will not spend a lot of time training. I want an experienced person at this position. I also demand perfection in my tasks and work and will not tolerate poor work performance or very many mistakes in the work.
