I run a YouTube channel called Austin Talks Money in the Bitcoin and financial planning niche, currently at ~6,000 subscribers and growing through Bitcoin retirement planning, debt strategy, and financial education content.

Looking to hit 15,000+ subscribers this year.

I'm looking for somebody on demand to design 1-2 thumbnails per week that stop the scroll and get clicks. Pay is $12 per thumbnail, paid every 2 weeks via your preferred method after work is delivered and approved.

This will involve designing thumbnails using my selfies and reactions combined with financial graphics (charts, Bitcoin logo, dollar signs, red/green arrows, etc.), quick turnaround within 24 hours of me sending you the photo and video concept, A/B testing variations when requested, and uploading finished PNGs plus working files to our Google Drive.

You are expected to be available on chat between 9:00 AM EST and 12:00 PM EST mainly, but can work when you want as long as you check often.

Ideally you have experience making thumbnails for finance, business, or education channels that have grown on YouTube — please include any examples of your work.

You MUST be able to deliver 1-2 thumbnails per week consistently.

TASK REQUIRED TO APPLY:

Go into this Google Drive folder. Inside you'll find a few selfies of me and screenshots of thumbnails I like.

Make 2 sample thumbnails using my photos in the style of the examples in the folder. Design for these two video titles:

1. The COMPLETE Beginners Guide To Investing In Bitcoin (2026)
2. The $1M Bitcoin Retirement Math
