We are a UK-based client acquisition agency working with online coaches and businesses. We are looking for a reliable, long-term VA to handle a simple but important daily task — running our lead scraping system to keep our client pipeline full.
This is not a demanding role. The tool runs automatically in the background on your laptop. Your job is to set it up each morning and upload the results. That’s it.

• Open a Chrome extension at the start of your day and enter the assigned Instagram account
• The tool runs automatically in the background — no manual work required while it runs
• At the end of the run, export the results into an Excel spreadsheet
• Upload the file to the correct Google Drive folder following our naming system
• Confirm completion via message
Total active work time: under 15 minutes per day
Requirements
• Laptop or desktop computer with Google Chrome installed
• Stable internet connection
• Available during daytime hours to set up and monitor the tool
• Comfortable using Excel and Google Drive
• Strong attention to detail — file naming and accuracy matter
• Reliable, consistent, and serious about long-term work
