Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok / Instagram Reels) – Long-Term

Hello,
I travel frequently across Europe and film short videos about cities, culture and interesting places connected to bees, pollinators and biodiversity . I am looking for a long-term video editor who can turn raw clips into engaging TikTok / Instagram Reels videos.
Your job will be to:
• edit short vertical videos (15–30 seconds)
• add subtitles and captions
• add music and pacing
• create strong hooks in the first 2 seconds
• export videos ready for TikTok and Instagram
I will upload raw footage regularly (travel clips filmed on phone).
Requirements
• experience editing short-form social media videos
• experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
• ability to create fast-paced edits that hold attention
• good English communication
• reliable internet connection

Payment
Open to:
- per hour or
- part time, 20h/week, up to 500/month
Long-term collaboration preferred.

Small Test
Shortlisted candidates will receive 3 short clips and will be asked to edit a 20-second sample video. This test will be paid.
