## About Us
We run a YouTube explainer channel that breaks down finance, business, and current-affairs stories in a simple, entertaining, hand-drawn cartoon style.

Please watch 1 or 2 videos before applying so you understand the look and feel we want to keep consistent.

## What You'll Do
You will take our script + voiceover + drawing guide and turn it into a finished, upload-ready YouTube video. Per video, you will handle the full pipeline:

1. Check and clean the voiceover audio (remove noise, level volume, fix pacing).
2. Hand-draw all characters, objects, props, and key visual elements in our existing style (solid lines, flat colors, simple stick-figure-style characters).
3. Put everything together in video editing software — timing the illustrations to the voiceover, adding simple motion, transitions, and on-screen text.
4. Deliver a final video in .MP4 or .MOV (1080p minimum).

## What We Provide
- Full written script
- Recorded voiceover
- Drawing guide / shot-by-shot scene plan (tells you what to draw per scene)

## Strict Style Rules
- Characters, props, and objects MUST be hand-drawn (digital drawing is fine — Procreate, Photoshop, Clip Studio, Krita, etc.).
- AI generation is ONLY allowed for backgrounds, and those AI backgrounds must match our existing style (solid color or simple flat scenes).
- No stock footage, no generic cartoon packs, no clip-art characters.
- Keep line weight, color palette, and character proportions consistent with our channel.

## Video Specs
- Length: 10–15 minutes per video
- Resolution: 1080p minimum
- Format: .MP4 or .MOV

## Turnaround
- 3–5 days per video from the time we send the script, voiceover, and drawing guide.

## Rate
- $75 USD per finished video (PayPal fees already included — we pay this flat amount via PayPal).
- Paid upon final delivery and approval.
- Ongoing work — we post regularly, so this can become a steady weekly gig if we work well together.

## Who We're Looking For
- Filipino freelancer with strong illustration skills AND video editing skills (or a small team that covers both).
- Can match an existing drawing style closely — this is the most important skill.
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
- Reliable internet, own computer and drawing tablet, and can hit the 3–5 day deadline every time.
- Basic English — enough to read our scripts and notes.
- Takes feedback well and can do small revisions.

## How to Apply

1. A short intro about yourself and your setup (software, tablet, internet speed).
2. Portfolio — 2 to 3 samples of hand-drawn illustration work AND 1 to 2 samples of video editing work (YouTube links or Google Drive links are fine).
3. Paid test sample: Draw ONE character in our style (reference: our channel) — a simple stick-figure-style person wearing a suit, holding a phone. Send as PNG with transparent background.
4. Your available start date and how many videos per week you can commit to.
