Graphic Designer Expert for Full Plumbing Company Rebrand

About the Role
We are Yess Boss Plumbing, a growing plumbing company based in Ontario, Canada. We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Brand Identity Designer to lead the visual side of our company rebrand.
This is not a simple logo job. We are looking for someone who can build a complete brand identity system and apply it across all major business materials with consistency, professionalism, and strong creative direction.
We want someone who can create a bold, memorable, high-quality brand for a service business and carry that design across everything from vehicle wraps to print materials and digital assets.

Estimated Project Timeline:
This project is expected to take approximately 8 to 12 weeks, depending on communication speed, revision rounds, and final scope.

Scope of Work
This project may include:
Logo design and logo variations
Brand colors and typography
Brand identity system and guidelines
Van / truck wrap design
Business card design
Stationery and branded company materials
Uniform / apparel design
Flyers, brochures, and leave-behind materials
Yard signs and outdoor advertising graphics
Social media brand assets
Website banners and promotional graphics
Other visual materials required for a complete rebrand
Who We Are Looking For

You are a strong fit if you:
Have proven experience in branding and rebranding
Can design complete visual identity systems, not just one-off graphics
Understand both creative branding and production-ready design
Can create polished work for print, signage, wraps, apparel, and digital use
Know how to maintain brand consistency across different formats
Communicate clearly, follow direction well, and deliver work professionally
Can manage a project from concept to final files

Preferred Experience:
Home service or trades branding such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, construction, or similar
Strong Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
Experience creating print-ready and production-ready files
Experience with vehicle wrap design

Important:
This is a project-based contractor role for a remote designer based in the Philippines. We are looking for someone who can handle a full rebrand professionally and deliver high-quality work from start to finish.
If the fit is strong, this may lead to ongoing design work after the rebrand is complete.
