Short Form Content Editor

Looking for a high-level short-form video editor (paid position).

I run a large content brand (1M+ YouTube, millions across platforms) and I’m looking for someone who can consistently deliver high-performing short-form content.

What I need:
• FAST turnaround (same-day / 24hrs preferred)
• Strong understanding of retention + pacing
• Clean green screen edits
• Professional color grading
• Captions, sound effects, b-roll that actually improve performance (not just flashy edits)

This is high-volume, ongoing work — not a one-off.
