Senior Static Ad Producer — Nordic DTC Beauty Brand ($800-1200/mo, CET hours)

We're a fast-scaling Nordic DTC beauty brand running paid Meta
ads across Denmark, Finland, Sweden. We're hiring ONE senior
static ad producer to own our image ad output end-to-end.

This is NOT a junior role. We want an A-player who thinks like
a strategist, produces like a machine, and cares about the
craft. If you do 10 ads/week half-assed, we're not your brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Produce 50 static image ads per week for Facebook/Instagram
- Use Manus + Nano Banana Pro (we'll train you on our exact
workflow — proven playbook)
- Work from briefs we provide (angle, headline, format,
mechanism callout)
- Upload to ---------- with proper status tags
- Iterate fast on feedback — we move in 24h cycles

WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years producing static ads for DTC e-commerce brands
(skincare, beauty, wellness preferred)
- You've worked with AI image tools (Manus, Midjourney,
Nano Banana, ideogram — any combination)
- You understand Facebook/Instagram ad format specs cold
- English fluent (written communication with founder daily)
- You obsess over text placement, safe zones, readability
- You ship on deadline. Every time.

HOURS & PAY

- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- CET morning to afternoon (Manila evening: 4pm-12am)

- Weekly payout via Revolut/PayPal
