We're hiring TWO Instagram DM Managers to help us convert the massive incoming DM volume from our viral content into qualified leads and sales.

What You'll Do

Our ManyChat bot handles the first automated message when users type keywords like "MATCH" or "HEAL" in our Instagram DMs. YOUR job begins after the bot's message:

• Continue the conversation personally once the user replies to the automated message
• Give short, valuable numerology insights based on birth dates they share (we'll train you on our system over 2 weeks)
• Guide users toward the right product: free quiz, $3.33 compatibility report, free masterclass, $697 program, or 1-on-1 VIP consult
• Log every conversation in our CRM (Google Sheets)
• Nurture warm leads with follow-up messages over 3-14 days
• Escalate hot leads (VIP/coaching inquiries) to Lily directly
• Handle skeptics, objections, and emotionally-charged conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Meet our response-time standards: under 15 minutes during peak hours, under 1 hour otherwise

This is NOT a sales-pushy role. Our approach is educational, warm, and authoritative. Think "knowledgeable friend giving you a heads-up" — not "used car salesman."

???? Who We're Looking For

REQUIRED:
? Near-native written English (our audience is US/UK/AU — zero grammar mistakes)
? 2+ years of social media DM management, customer service, or similar client-facing work
? High emotional intelligence — our audience writes about breakups, infidelity, divorce, and loneliness. You must be able to hold space with warmth and without being clinical or pushy.
? Reliable daily availability (consistency is non-negotiable)
? Fast learner — our numerology system takes about 2 weeks of training to grasp the basics
? Comfortable with sales conversations, but in a consultative (not pushy) way
? Google Sheets proficiency for CRM tracking
? Stable internet and reliable work setup

PREFERRED (nice to have, not required):
? Experience in coaching, spiritual, dating, or relationship niches
? Basic numerology, astrology, or personal development knowledge
? ManyChat or similar chatbot platform experience
? Sales funnel understanding
? Previous work with US/UK-based clients

We are hiring TWO managers to cover US time zones. Please specify your preferred shift in your application:

• SHIFT A: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippines Time (= 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern)
• SHIFT B: 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippines Time (= 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM US Eastern)

Weekend coverage: alternating weekends between the two managers.
