Sales Agent (Moving Company)

Outsource Sales Agency is looking for a Sales/Customer Support agent.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from Yelp, Thumbtack, Google, and other channels
- Respond to leads quickly and professionally through calls, texts, and CRM communication
- Qualify customers, provide quotes, explain services, and close bookings
- Follow up with und ---------- leads and reactivate lost opportunities
- Call customers for feedback after service
- Help resolve simple customer support issues and communicate updates clearly
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer requests, schedule changes, and service-related questions
- Maintain accurate notes in CRM and follow internal processes
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and confident customer experience

Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English
- Sales experience and confidence on calls
- Customer support experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to handle objections and communicate with empathy
- Discipline, motivation, and strong work ethic
- Ready to work night shifts
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop and headset with a good microphone
- Quiet working environment
- Ability to work remotely without constant supervision
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience working with U.S. customers is a plus
