GHL CRM + Automation Specialist (Real Estate Experience Only)

We are a vacant land investment company looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Systems Developer who has built CRM systems for vacant land investors or real estate investment companies.

This is not a beginner project.

We already have pipelines, campaigns, and workflows in place. We need someone who can review, structure, optimize, and automate the existing system into a clean, scalable operating system.

What We Need
Review and optimize our existing GoHighLevel account
Ensure workflows, campaigns, and automations are structured correctly
Build advanced workflow automations
Configure AI chatbot logic for vacant land investing
Optimize existing follow-up and drip campaigns
Set up appointment booking automation
Build trigger-based workflows using tags, conditions, and stages
Automate opportunity movement
Route leads to the correct tea ---------- mber
Prevent duplicate opportunities and automation conflicts
Build KPI dashboards and reporting
Recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency

The goal is a one-touch system where leads move automatically through the CRM until human interaction is required.

We already know how we want the business to operate. We need someone who can translate that vision into a clean and reliable GoHighLevel system.
