We operate lean and want to add someone who can help build smarter systems using AI and automation so our small team can perform like a much larger one.

The Role

We’re hiring an AI Systems & Automation Lead to identify inefficiencies across the business and build solutions using tools like Claude, GPT, Zapier, APIs, and internal workflows.

Your job is simple (but not easy):
???? Turn messy processes into scalable systems
???? Use AI to eliminate manual work and improve decision-making

This is not just a “prompting” role—this is about thinking like an operator and building leverage across the business.

What You’ll Do

I want you to come in and give us perspective on how we can help improve utilizing AI. There's things we use it for already using it for but maybe not in the correct system. I want someone who has experience with helping companies. It will not be a fit if you don't know what is proven to work.

What Success Looks Like:

Our team saves 10–20+ hours per week through automation
Faster decision-making across marketing & ops
Clear, documented systems that reduce chaos
AI becomes embedded into daily workflows—not a side tool

Who You Are:

Obsessed with efficiency, leverage, and speed
Strong understanding of eCommerce operations (Shopify)
Experience with AI tools like Claude or GPT
Bonus: experience with APIs, automation tools, or light coding
Nice-to-Have Experience
Shopify + DTC brands
Meta ads workflows / creative testing systems
Building internal tools for small teams
