Lead Video Editor for Ecom Brand

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a lead video editor that has experience with editing ads for ecommerce brands.

You will need to do more than just edit a video.

You need to show your understanding of what's working and what's not (For example, X style of visual worked on 8 out of 10 test). Your editing style should include hypothesis on what to test visually. (This hook would work because...)

The above should be your thought process when editing.

Also we will need you to demonstrate your understanding of AI;
- Image generation for b-rolls
- Image to video for b-rolls
- Using Elevenlabs effectively to create realistic voice generation

We expect you to have the ability to make edits that look native to platforms & for high production ads.

Pacing and visual congruency is non negotiable. If you don't understand what this is don't apply.

This position is for 25+ ages only. You will be joining an 8 figure ecommerce brand. We are only looking for serious people. You will need to prove that you are a responsible person.
