## About HUGE MEDIA MANAGEMENT

We're a digital media management company that builds and grows online audiences for established brands. Our Reddit division manages large-scale community engagement campaigns using proprietary tools, structured processes, and a team of remote specialists. We're expanding and looking for 5-10 experienced Reddit Community Managers.

## The role

Each Community Manager runs a portfolio of 10-15 Reddit accounts through our structured engagement program. The work involves daily participation in niche subreddit communities — commenting, building account credibility, and managing outreach campaigns through our in-house tools. This is methodical, SOP-driven work that rewards consistency and attention to detail.

## Compensation

- **Base rate:** $3.00 USD / hour
- **Performance bonus:** 3% revenue share on traffic attributed to your accounts (60-day attribution, paid monthly)
- **Realistic monthly earnings:** $500-$1,200+ depending on hours and performance
- **Payout:** Weekly via Wise (USD/EUR) or USDT (TRC-20)
- **Additional bonuses:** For maintaining low account attrition rates (
