Looking for SEO Expert (Whitehat SEO, Blogging Outreach)

I'm looking for an SEO assistant with experience in Whitehat SEO. The tasks that need to be done are:

- Find guest post opportunities on real and high authority blogs via blogging outreach
- Write articles for guest posting (You need a good writing & English skills)
- Create/Build the backlinks following my directive.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work 40-50 hours weekly (Full-Time)
- Use a time-tracking software.
- Use Asana as task management
