Ebook / PDF Guide Designer — Health & Wellness Brand

About the Project
I’m a licensed acupuncturist and physical therapist with a large social media following (950K+ on Instagram). I’m launching a paid digital guide, a 50-60 page PDF guide.
I already have everything you need: the full written content (Word doc, 20 chapters), point location photos, an existing 16-page freebie lead magnet PDF that serves as the design reference/template, and video links to embed.
Your job is to take all of that and turn it into a polished, professional, designed PDF that matches the look and feel of my existing freebie guide or better. Preferably, always better. :)

What You’ll Be Working With
• A complete Word document with all 20 chapters written and organized
• Point location photos (I’ll provide these: similar style to the freebie)
• An existing 16-page PDF freebie, but make it aesthetically awesome
• YouTube/Instagram video links to embed/hyperlink within the PDF
• Brand colors, fonts, and logo already established

What You’ll Do
• Design and lay out a 50-60 page PDF ebook in Canva or Adobe InDesign
• Upgrade the design style of my existing freebie PDF (I’ll send this to you)
• Place all photos with point markers in the correct locations
• Insert clickable hyperlinks for YouTube/Instagram video demos and social media links
• Create a printable daily tracker table (template already exists in the freebie)
• Design a cover page and table of contents
• Export final file as a high-quality PDF ready for digital sale
• Provide the editable Canva/InDesign source file so I can make minor updates later

Requirements
• Strong portfolio of ebook, PDF guide, or digital product design (please share examples)
• Experience in Canva Pro and/or Adobe InDesign
• Clean, modern design sense — not cluttered, not overly decorated
• Attention to detail with text formatting, alignment, and photo placement
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with health, wellness, or educational content is a plus but not required

Timeline
I need this completed within 5 business days from when I hand you all materials. All content is written and photos will be provided — this is a design and layout job, not a writing job unless you got good suggestions.

Budget
This is a one-time project with potential for ongoing work (I have additional digital products planned). Please include your rate for this project in your application.
