Ecommerce Operations Assistant - Remote

THRIVIN is building the uniform for disciplined women. We combine premium aesthetics with performance gymwear, creating products designed for women who train hard and expect more.

We launched 2 years ago and are scaling fast, 60+ people and growing.

Our website is one of our most important assets. Every product, page and detail matters.

The Role
This is a newly created contractor role, built to support the scale we're operating at. You'll work remotely and own the day-to-day execution of our Shopify store with clear direction from our Senior Ecommerce Manager and Store Coordinator.

This role is right for someone who finds satisfaction in precision, takes pride in a clean and accurate site, and doesn't need to be managed to stay on top of things.

Rate: Hourly contractor rate shared on application review.
Competitive for the scope of work.

What You'll Be Doing
Product & Catalogue Management
Upload and manage products in Shopify
Maintain accurate product data (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, tags)
Execute product launches, drops and restocks

Content & Merchandising Execution

Build and update collection pages
Schedule homepage banners and site updates
Support campaign launches (sales, promos, new arrivals)

QA & Site Accuracy
Perform regular checks across PDPs, collections, cart and checkout
Ensure all product information and imagery is correct
Flag any issues or inconsistencies immediately

Operational Support
Execute tasks from the Ecommerce Manager and Store Coordinator
Maintain trackers and internal documentation
Support inventory-related updates (pre-orders, stock updates)

What We're Looking For
1–2 years experience in ecommerce
Strong, hands-on Shopify experience (non-negotiable)
Extremely detail-oriented and structured
Comfortable owning repetitive, execution focused work without close supervision
Strong sense of accountability you flag problems, you don't let them slide
Able to follow processes and meet deadlines consistently

Bonus if you:
Are confident in Google Sheets / Excel
If you are great with AI, Nano banano, highfielfd.
Great at vibe coding to make automations tools.
Have experience in fashion, activewear DTC brands

Products are always live, accurate and on time
Zero errors across pricing, variants or product data
Campaigns and launches run smoothly
The site is consistently clean and high-performing
