Schedule: 7 days per week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Position Overview:
Activate Hospitality is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Guest Service Agent to support daily guest communications. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests by managing inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding reservations, hotel services, and policies
Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal hotel teams when necessary
Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel’s service standards and brand voice

Qualifications:

Basic customer service experience required (hospitality experience preferred)
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) or similar platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Work Requirements:

Availability to work 7 days per week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
