BIM Modeler (Structural) – Revit (Remote) – Philippines

Kiras Engineering is a fast-growing structural engineering firm based in Canada, working on a range of building projects across Western Canada. We’re a young team focused on practical, efficient design and building a strong engineering culture.

We’re currently looking to bring on a BIM Modeler to support our structural design team.

About the Role

Fully remote position (Philippines-based)
Structural BIM modeling using Revit
Work closely with engineers to develop and coordinate structural models
Prepare drawings, models, and documentation for building projects
Projects include reinforced concrete, steel, and wood structures
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM / Revit modeling
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory)
Experience working on structural models (buildings preferred)
Good understanding of drawings, plans, and construction documents
Nice to have:

Exposure to North American projects or standards
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:

Is reliable and consistent in their work
Takes ownership and follows through
Pays attention to detail and model accuracy
Is willing to learn and improve over time
Communicates clearly with engineers and team members
Compensation & Benefits

$1,700 – $2,300 CAD/month (approx. ?75,000 – ?100,000 PHP/month)
Salary growth based on performance
Local health insurance provided after 3 months (post-probation)
