Assistant with Design Skills to use Leadpages and Infusionsoft

hi,
we are looking for a virtual assistant to assist in leadpages designs. we use leadpages to capture leads and we want to create and push out different landing pages through the tool.
we also use infusionsoft to manage the leads we get.
they would also need to know how to use wordpress as our site is moving to wordpress
