Position Overview

Hippie’s Heaven Gift Shop is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented CCTV Live Monitoring Specialist to join our security team. This role is critical in maintaining real-time surveillance across our retail operations, ensuring safety, theft prevention, and accurate i ---------- reporting.

You will be responsible for actively monitoring live camera feeds, identifying suspicious activity, and documenting events in real time.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor multiple live CCTV camera feeds continuously during assigned shifts
• Identify, track, and report suspicious activity, theft, or policy violations
• Maintain accurate time-stamped logs of i ---------- and observations
• Communicate with management and tea ---------- mbers when issues arise
• Capture and save relevant footage for reporting and review
• Follow all internal security protocols and escalation procedures
• Ensure full attention to monitoring duties at all times (no distractions)

Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years experience in CCTV monitoring, dispatch, or live security operations
• Clear and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have a dual monitor setup (required for live monitoring efficiency)
• Must agree to time tracking and screen recording software during all working hours
• Must be exclusively dedicated to Hippie’s Heaven (no other clients or jobs permitted)
• Must be available to work 5 days per week on a fixed schedule
• Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• This is a 24/7 security operation — shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Zero tolerance for missed i ---------- , inattentiveness, or policy violations
• Professionalism and confidentiality are strictly required at all times

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus)
• Experience with remote security teams or virtual monitoring environments
• Familiarity with surveillance systems (Ring, CCTV software, NVR systems, etc.)
• Background in loss prevention or retail security
