Social Media Manager (Facebook – Ecommerce)

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Social Media Manager to handle our Facebook presence. This role focuses on engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and helping maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to comments and messages on Facebook in a timely and professional manner
Engage with followers in a friendly, natural, and on-brand tone
Monitor and manage community interactions, including handling concerns or negative comments
Flag common issues, trends, or customer concerns to the team
Coordinate with the team on promotions, posts, and announcements

Requirements:

Experience managing Facebook pages for ecommerce brands
Strong written English with a natural, conversational tone
Ability to handle high volume of comments and messages
Good judgment when responding publicly vs privately
Organized and responsive

Nice to Have:

Experience with ecommerce brands or direct-to-consumer products
Familiarity with handling customer service through >>Facebook comments and DMs
Experience engaging with UGC or community-driven content
