Full Stack Video Editor & AI Image Designer

What you'll do:
Edit UGC footage and raw clips into performance-ready Meta ads using the briefs I provide to you. Cut talking head and VSL-style video from briefs and put B-roll on top of it. Design static image ads using AI tools, Figma, Canva - whatever your toolset is. Produce ad variations for structured creative testing. Turn briefs into finished assets with minimal back-and-forth. Own your queue and hit deadlines. Pretty much follow my guidelines and do what I ask from you to do. If I need high quality image ads - you design them. If I need 5 video's edited for launching ads - you edit them.

What you need: Experience editing for Meta specifically. A portfolio with proof of your work. Experience with AI. Up to date to the latest trends. Able to use AI while maintaining high quality - no AI slop.

I'm a 22-year-old entrepreneur running a portfolio of businesses. Every venture I'm involved in is either equity-based or a high-conviction ownership position. That's the context you're stepping into.

The portfolio you're supporting:
InfinityGlobal — co-founded, majority shareholder. Quantified trading portfolio making consistent investment returns accessible for regular investors. Responsible for full business and growth side.
Belgian HVAC company — equity stake, sole marketing responsibility, €70K last quarter at 1:10 ROAS. Scaling aggressively.

Both are equity-based businesses. As they grow, what's on the table for you grows with them.

Truth over comfort. We'd rather be right than liked. Feedback here is direct, decisions are made on data, and bad ideas get called out regardless of who had them. If you need softening before you can hear something, this won't work.

Role: Full-time, remote. Start ASAP. As demand grows hours will grow. Its said that desired number of hours per week is 20, but it can go up to way more really quick.
