E-commerce Operations Assistant (Amazon / Shopee / Dropshipping)

We are looking for a responsible E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our online business across multiple marketplaces.

What You Will Do:

Assist in managing Amazon, Shopee, and other store operations
Upload and update product listings regularly
Monitor orders and ensure smooth fulfillment
Handle basic customer messages and inquiries
Help maintain account health and listing quality
Report issues and performance updates

Requirements:

Prior experience in e-commerce or dropshipping preferred
Basic understanding of marketplace platforms
Strong attention to detail
Good written English communication
Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Nice to Have:

Experience with product research
Familiarity with ads or promotional campaigns
Experience working remotely in an operations role
