E-commerce Operations Manager (Amazon / Shopee / Multi-Platform)

We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and grow our online stores.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing store operations, improving performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee Amazon, Shopee, and other marketplace accounts
Optimize product listings and improve conversion rates
Monitor sales, performance metrics, and account health
Handle customer service and resolve issues
Coordinate with team members to scale operations
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies

Requirements:

Solid experience in e-commerce or dropshipping management
Strong understanding of marketplace operations
Ability to analyze data and improve performance
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

Experience scaling stores or managing multiple accounts
Knowledge of advertising (Amazon PPC, Shopee Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with tools for analytics and automation
