Short-Form Video Editor + Social Media VA (High Volume – TikTok / IG / FB)

I’m a high-volume content creator generating over $700,000 in GMV through TikTok Shop, and I’m looking for a fast, reliable Video Editor + VA to help me scale.
?? This is a high-output role.
We produce 70+ short-form videos per week, and I need someone who can keep up with speed, consistency, and quality.
I will provide all raw footage — your job is to turn it into multiple high-performing videos and post them.
???? Your Responsibilities:
?? Video Editing (Primary Focus)
Turn raw clips into 3–5 different videos per clip
Add hooks, captions, and clean cuts
Create fast-paced, engaging short-form videos (TikTok/Reels style)
Deliver content daily
???? Posting + Social Media Support
Post videos to:
TikTok
Instagram (Reels + Stories)

Facebook
Write captions + hashtags
Add affiliate links (Amazon + Mavely)
Ensure links are placed correctly (bio, captions, etc.)
???? What I’m Looking For:
FAST editor (speed matters more than perfection)
Experience with TikTok / Reels-style content
Understands hooks, pacing, and retention
Can create multiple variations from one clip
Organized and consistent
Good English communication
