We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Dropshipping Account Manager to handle and grow our online selling accounts.

Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Shopee, and other platforms
Upload and update product listings
Monitor orders, handle returns, and manage customer communication
Ensure account safety and compliance with platform policies
Analyze product performance and suggest improvements
Work with the team to scale winning products

Requirements:

Proven experience in dropshipping or e-commerce account management
Familiar with order fulfillment processes and supplier coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good written English
Reliable and able to work long-term

Nice to Have:

Experience with product research tools
Experience running ads or scaling stores
Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently
