We are a growing interpretation and translation agency committed to delivering accurate, culturally competent, and reliable language services. As we expand, we are looking to bring on two key team members: a Quality Assurance Specialist and a Recruiter who will help us maintain excellence and build a strong network of professional linguists.

Position 1: Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate interpretation and translation work for accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal quality standards
Provide constructive feedback to interpreters and translators
Track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with operations to resolve quality concerns and implement solutions

Qualifications:

Experience in translation/interpretation or linguistic quality assurance
Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Position 2: Recruiter (Linguist Talent Acquisition)
Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and onboard qualified interpreters and translators
Build and maintain a diverse and reliable talent pool
Verify credentials, certifications, and language proficiency
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Partner with leadership to meet staffing needs and growth goals

Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting, preferably in language services or a related field
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
