Position Overview
- Role: Chat Support Agent (Text-Only, No Calls)
- Schedule: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or chatting roles
- Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, tone)
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Ability to follow conversation scripts while sounding natural
- Responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and meeting daily goals
