CRM Insurance Processing VA

We are hiring Virtual Assistants to handle retention corrections and data processing across our CRM systems.

This role requires high accuracy (98%+), strong attention to detail, and comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients.

What You’ll Do
- Correct and update policy data between Salesforce and HawkSoft
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in policy information
- Process policy changes (rewrites, cancellations, payments, lost policies)
- Accurately input and maintain sensitive account data
- Pull and process renewal information
- Update payment and policy statuses
- Support the client payment unit by calling clients regarding policy payments

Screening Questions:
1. What CRM systems have you used (Salesforce, HawkSoft, etc.) and what tasks did you handle?
2. How do you ensure accuracy when doing repetitive data entry?
3. Describe your experience handling data discrepancies or corrections.
4. Are you comfortable speaking with U.S. clients? Briefly describe your experience.
