About the Opportunity
Join our professional team as an Business Development Manager responsible for overseeing both operational delivery and sales performance within one of our business units. This role is critical to ensuring seamless service execution and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between clients, sales, and internal operations teams, delivering end-to-end account management to ensure expectations are consistently met and exceeded—particularly within the retail and safety products sector.


The Role
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the business unit, including processing and managing product orders and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
You will:
Oversee end-to-end account management, from client onboarding to ongoing service delivery
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales through new business development
Manage and market products across various e-commerce platforms, including safety-related products
Monitor and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
Coordinate closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention
Track account performance and implement process improvements where necessary
Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates on operational and sales performance

Requirements
Experience in account management (operations and/or sales experience is highly regarded)
Experience in end-to-end account management
Background or exposure to the safety industry (PPE, workwear, or related products) is highly advantageous
Experience or exposure to e-commerce platforms and digital product marketing is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and act decisively
High attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
