Marketplace Operations & Optimization Specialist (Amazon & Walmart)

Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term | EST Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Operations & Optimization Specialist to manage a portfolio of Amazon and Walmart seller accounts.

This is a client-facing operations role focused on marketplace management, catalog optimization, troubleshooting, and account performance.

This is NOT a logistics, fulfillment, or basic product upload position.

You will be responsible for ensuring seller accounts are properly structured, compliant, optimized for conversion, and running smoothly — while communicating directly with clients regarding account updates, issues, and resolutions.

What You’ll Do
*Manage multiple Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center accounts
*Communicate directly with clients regarding account performance, updates, and issues
*Create, maintain, and optimize product listings
*Improve listing performance through title, bullet, keyword, and catalog optimization

*Build and maintain catalog structure, including:
---Parent-child variations
---ASIN/catalog relationships
---Walmart item setup and structure

*Troubleshoot listing and catalog issues, including:
---Suppressed listings
---Missing attributes
---Upload errors
---Variation issues

*Monitor account health and marketplace compliance
*Support onboarding of new accounts and products
*Translate technical marketplace issues into clear, client-friendly explanations

Required Experience
*2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center
*Experience managing multiple brands or seller accounts
*Proven experience with:
---Listing creation and optimization
---Catalog structure management
---Parent-child variation setup
---Flat file / bulk uploads
---Listing troubleshooting and error resolution
*Direct client or stakeholder communication experience (required)
