Growth Marketing VA (Instagram + SEO + Website) – Aesthetic Clinic

’m a Registered Nurse and owner of a boutique aesthetics clinic based in Sydney, Australia, specialising in natural, subtle results.
I’m looking for a long-term Growth Marketing VA to help build consistent online presence, improve visibility, and support client bookings through social media, SEO, and website optimisation.
This is not a basic admin role — I’m looking for someone who understands content, strategy, and growth, and can work collaboratively over time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media (Primary Focus)
Edit short-form video (Instagram Reels)
Write educational, brand-aligned captions
Schedule and publish content
Repurpose content across formats
Monitor comments and messages
2. SEO & Website
Assist with blog formatting and uploads (WordPress)
Optimise website pages for SEO (headings, keywords, meta descriptions)
Identify basic keyword opportunities (local SEO focus)
Support improvements to website user experience and booking flow
3. Growth & Optimisation
Track content performance (views, saves, engagement)
Suggest content improvements based on results
Identify opportunities to improve visibility and reach
Support simple marketing workflows (lead capture, follow-up where applicable)
What I’m Looking For:
Strong written and spoken English
Experience with Instagram content (Reels editing + captions)
Experience with Canva and basic video editing
Understanding of SEO fundamentals
Familiarity with WordPress (or similar platforms)
Ability to follow brand tone (natural, educational, non-salesy)
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus (Highly Valued):
Experience working with aesthetic, skincare, or beauty brands
Understanding of premium branding
Basic understanding of marketing funnels or lead generation
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Go High Level or similar)
Hours & Pay:
Starting: 10–15 hours per week
Opportunity to increase hours over time
Pay: Based on experience (please include your hourly rate)
