Administrative Manager (Full-Time | Remote | Residential Construction)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Position Overview:
We are hiring a full-time Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative operations of our company. This role serves as the organizational backbone of the team—managing communication, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both our team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company and executive email inboxes and calendars
• Communicate with U.S.-based customers by phone and email
• Schedule consultations, meetings, and follow-ups
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation
• Track compliance items such as insurance certificates, lien releases, and tax filings
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with tea ---------- mbers to keep projects moving
• Lead weekly tea ---------- etings and help maintain accountability across the team
• Help improve and maintain company systems, organization, and workflows

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities proactively
