What You’ll Be Doing:
* Quality Control & Photo Delivery: Review and deliver photos in the morning when they come back from our editors.
* Retouch Requests: Handle requests for photo retouching throughout the day, ensuring our clients get exactly what they need.
* Client Acquisition: Use our Instagram method to send outbound messages and help us connect with potential new clients.
* Emails & Phone Calls: Manage communication with our clients, keeping them informed and satisfied.
What We’re Looking For:
* Willingness to Work in Pacific Time (10 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST): Since most of our clients are based in this time zone, we need someone who’s ready to work when we are.
* A Positive Attitude: We’re all about keeping things friendly and supportive, and we want you to be a part of that vibe.
* Flexibility & Adaptability: Every day might bring something new, so we need someone who can roll with the punches and tackle whatever comes their way.
