About Us
We are a Dutch e-commerce company, managing multiple brands across consumer electronics, home & lifestyle, and supplements. Our team is small, fast-moving, and scaling quickly. We already have a solid admin team in place - now we need someone who can take ownership of the financial and operational side and turn our data into decisions.
About the Role
We have a lot of moving parts - stock, payouts, margins, multiple brands. We need someone who can bring structure to our financial and operational data, work closely with our admin team, and make sure we always know exactly where we stand.
Your Responsibilities
- Clean and connect our various Excel/Google Sheets across stock, sales, purchasing, and expenses
- Reconcile weekly
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and send data-backed reorder alerts before we run out
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly P&L reports that reflect true business health
- Identify bottlenecks in our current admin flow and implement practical automated solutions
- Work closely with our existing admin team to standardize how data is collected and reported
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in financial management and inventory/supply chain control (preferably in e-commerce)
- Expert-level Excel and/or Google Sheets skills - this will be tested during the interview, so please only apply if you're genuinely advanced
- Experience with European marketplaces like
- Familiarity with inventory costing methods (FIFO, COGS) is a plus
- Comfortable with tools like Google Looker Studio, Notion, or any BI/reporting tool - or eager to learn
- Strong written English to collaborate with our team
- Analytical mindset - you don't just enter data, you ask what it means and what to do about it
