About Us

We are a fast-growing telehealth business across Australia & New Zealand. We are consolidating our systems into GoHighLevel (GHL) — covering CRM, communications, automation, and integrations — to create a streamlined, scalable back end.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly capable GHL specialist to build and manage our CRM, workflows, and automations.
This is not a basic VA role. You will be responsible for designing and improving systems, not just completing tasks.

Strong English and attention to detail are critical for this role.

What You’ll Do
Build and optimise CRM pipelines and lifecycle stages
Create end-to-end workflows:
Lead ? Booking ? Consult ? Treatment ? Follow-up
Set up and manage GHL phone systems (LC Phone / Twilio basics)
Manage integrations:
Scheduling tools
---------- / Zapier
Webhooks / APIs
Continuously improve automations to reduce manual work
Manage and clean CRM data (imports, duplicates, custom fields)
Support the marketing manager with automation and campaign setup
Make small website edits in WordPress (Elementor preferred)

You must:

Have more than 3 years hands-on experience building full GHL systems (not just funnels)
Be confident with workflow logic and automation design
Have experience with ---------- or Zapier
Have strong written and spoken English (clear communication)
Be responsive and reliable (quick turnaround is essential)
Be able to think through problems and suggest improvements, not just follow instructions

Nice to Have
Experience with WordPress (Elementor)
Experience in healthcare or service-based businesses
Familiarity with Twilio setup
