Outbound Cold Caller + Appointment Setter

Overview:

We’re looking for a confident, consistent cold caller to book calls with realtors local business owners for our media company,

Compensation:

Base pay of $700-$1,000 based on experience + Bonuses for daily performance.
Base pay increases to upwards of $1,500 with time and loyalty working with us.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls during 9AM - 5PM Us Eastern time.
Call realtors and local business owners in the US.
Follow a proven cold call script (with room for natural conversation).
Qualify interest and book demos on our calendar.
Log call outcomes accurately.
Handle basic objections professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

Clear English speaking voice.
Comfortable talking on the phone all day.
Not afraid of rejection.
Able to stick to a schedule and hit daily targets.
Coachable and open to feedback.
Reliable internet and quiet work environment.
Cold calling experience is a plus, but not required if you’re sharp and hungry.
