Looking for a skilled Graphic Designer and Virtual Assistant

Key roles
- Graphic design involving thumbnails, photography editing, posts, infographics, powerpoint design, website design, ebook design, etc. Anything graphic design related.
- You need to know how to do graphic design creatively without using AI. I want you to be well versed in AI and I encourage you to use it as an aid, but I prefer AI-less designs.
- Basic admin/virtual assistant related tasks. These tasks change every single week. I give clear instructions. They’re never too complicated, think spellchecking, appointment booking, copy/paste, sending messages, making excel sheets, organizing, sorting emails, brand/market research, video summarizing, blog upload, calendar booking, email scheduling, etc.

Requirements
- Reliable internet
- A good eye for design
- Understanding of American culture/humor
- Experienced w/ common tools, softwares, and AI
- Speaks English well. I send instructions through loom videos and google drive
- Great communicator
- Reliable hard worker

Currently, this position asks you dedicate 20 hours per week (up to 4 hours per day, 5 days a week). Some days will have plenty of work. Other days, you will have no work. Regardless, you must commit to having the hours available in case there is work assigned for a particular day. Once hired, you will be sending a quick report at the end of each work day going over how you spent your 4 hours each day. I am lenient and understanding if certain things unexpectedly take longer or if emergencies occasionally come up, but I will not tolerate chronic procrastination.
