Summarize long threads and note action items.
Handle basic calendar adjustments and scheduling as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
Strong written English and professional tone.
Experience managing professional inboxes or as a virtual EA.
Proficient with Gmail/Outlook, labels/folders, filters, templates, and Google/Outlook Calendar.
Able to communicate professionally with other staff and follow internal processes.
Reliable internet and agreed overlap hours for real-time replies.
