HIRING — Filipino Appointment Setter | Work From Home | $1.75–$2/hr + $5 Bonus Per Showed Appointment

Hi everyone! My name is Yusuf and I run a marketing agency in the US that helps water damage restoration companies get more high-ticket jobs. I'm looking for a sharp, English-speaking Filipino appointment setter to join me long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Send cold text messages to water damage restoration business owners in the US using a simple script I provide
- Follow up on replies and qualify prospects over a short phone call (script provided and trained)
- Book qualified owners onto a 20-minute Zoom call with me (Yusuf)
- Send confirmation texts and reminders through our system (GoHighLevel — I'll train you)
- Log all activity in a simple daily tracker

? WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

- Clear, confident spoken English — this is non-negotiable (you will be calling US business owners)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending texts
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Available to work US hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
- Coachable — I have a full script, objection handling guide, and training process ready for you
- Previous appointment setting or cold calling experience is a big plus, but not required if you have the right attitude and voice

PAY & STRUCTURE:

- Base rate: $1.75–$2.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus: $5 for every appointment that SHOWS UP to the call
- Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
- Part-time to start (4–6 hours/day), with the potential to go full-time as we grow
- This is a long-term role — I'm not looking for someone for a week
