About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for our business.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and growth. You will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize operations, expand into new channels and markets, and drive better decision-making across the company.
You will own high-impact projects across cost optimization, supplier negotiations, retail and international expansion, Amazon and e-commerce performance, new product launches, and company-wide analytics.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building financial models, negotiating with partners, and turning data into action.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Product Launches & Growth
Own the end-to-end process for launching new products and product lines
Evaluate, prioritize, and size new product opportunities based on market demand, competitive landscape, profitability, and operational complexity
Build launch plans covering sourcing, pricing, positioning, inventory, operations, creative, and go-to-market strategy
Work cross-functionally with PPC, supply chain, creative, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful product launches
Track launch performance and make recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and execution
Identify opportunities to expand existing products into new bundles, variations, and adjacent categories
2. International Expansion
Lead the company’s expansion into international markets and new sales channels
Evaluate which countries and marketplaces to enter based on demand, competitive intensity, logistics, compliance, and profitability
Develop market entry strategies for new countries, including:
Pricing and unit economics
Supply chain and logistics
International fulfillment and freight
Regulatory and compliance requirements
Localization and channel strategy
Coordinate with external partners, distributors, freight forwarders, and suppliers to support international growth
Build financial models and business cases to prioritize international opportunities
3. Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management
Act as the central operator across teams to ensure key initiatives are executed effectively
Work cross-functionally with PPC, supply chain, creative, finance, operations, and leadership teams
Manage timelines, priorities, and communication across multiple projects simultaneously
Ensure teams are aligned on goals, deliverables, and deadlines
Identify roadblocks and drive solutions to keep projects moving forward
Support leadership on special projects, growth initiatives, and strategic priorities
4. Reporting, Analytics & Recommendations
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and executive summaries across the business
Create weekly and monthly reports covering:
Sales
Profitability
Amazon performance
Product launches
International expansion
Supply chain and inventory
Analyze Amazon and e-commerce performance, including pricing, CVR, TACOS, contribution margin, and inventory levels
Build financial models and Google Sheets / Excel analyses to support decisions
Turn data into clear recommendations and action plans for leadership
Create executive-level presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, you will:
Successfully launch multiple new products or product line extensions
Help expand the business into at least one new international market or sales channel
Improve communication, execution, and accountability across teams
Build a clear reporting system and dashboard for leadership
Deliver actionable recommendations that improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Become the key cross-functional leader helping the company scale
Within the first 6–12 months, you will:
Identify and implement multiple cost-saving initiatives that materially improve margins
Improve supplier terms and reduce freight and operational costs
Help launch new products or channels that drive incremental revenue
Build a clear dashboard and KPI system for leadership
Improve Amazon profitability through better pricing, inventory, and performance management
Lead at least one major growth initiative, such as a retail partnership or international expansion project
Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, e-commerce, supply chain, or a similar role
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience building business cases, forecasting, and profitability models
Comfortable working with large datasets and turning them into clear insights
Strong project management and execution skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
Strong Plus If You Have
Experience with Amazon, consumer products, or e-commerce businesses
Experience negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners
Experience in retail expansion, wholesale, or international markets
Experience with freight, supply chain, or sourcing
Experience at a startup, high-growth company, consulting firm, or private equity-backed business
Familiarity with tools such as:
Amazon Seller Central
Helium 10
Google Analytics
Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau
SQL or basic data analysis tools
